I am able to take my years of nursing wisdom as an ICU trained nurse at Level I, academic hospitals in the Bay Area and Portland, OR, and understand what is essential to build reports to win your case. My background in Surgical, Neurology, Medical, Trauma, COVID, ECMO, ICUs coupled with foundation in Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Pre-op/PACU/OR and Medical/Surgical floor nursing sets me apart from other LNCs. I obtained my Master’s in Nursing at OHSU and was also educated at UCSF as a nurse practitioner, giving me a deeper look into nursing/medical practice. As a manager and leader in opening/activating new ICUs, including an outpatient surgical center, I learned regulatory and patient standards critical to winning your case.

I understand patient care on a deep level, from a bedside nurse all the way up to hospital compliance as a manager. I understand polices, state/hospital compliance, regulations, standards of care, delays in care, auditing, standard work flows and when these aspects of your clients’ care have not been met.
